Într-o declarație recentă, economistul a subliniat că România se află în fața unor provocări majore din cauza slăbiciunilor instituționale, care necesită reforme urgente.

„Trebuie să luăm în considerare că datoria publică se poate acumula rapid. România ar putea ajunge în incapacitatea de a-și finanța datoria chiar și la cote relativ mici.
